How do you clean SS wire mesh oil filters?
1 . Deep your filter in degreaser alkaline solution for 10 -15 min.
2. Rinse the filter under tap water or by jet spray.
3. Put the filter into an ultrasonic bath for 10 -15 min.
4. Again rinse the filter under tap water or by jet spray.
5. Compressed air is used to dry the filter after the rinsing process is complete.

While cleaning filters in ultrasonic cleaner you will not have to disassemble filters. It will also increase the life of the filter.

A compressed-air Drying Wand is also included to permit operators to dry Filter after the rinsing process is completed.
Two tank ultra sonic cleaning & rinsing machines are manufactured using the highest grade of materials available, and includes features such as stainless steel access panels, and Digital timers and digital temp. controller with heater to increase the efficiency of the alkaline solution.
Controls are enclosed in a steel enclosure to reduce the possibility of corrosion. Systems also have inlet and outlet ball valves to fill and drain the liquid.

The Two-tank ultrasonic cleaning and rinsing machine designed for medium volumes of Filter are cleaned and rinsed manually by operators. A compressed-air Drying Wand is also included to permit operators to dry Filter after the rinsing process is complete.
Ultrasonic cleaning is performed in the 1st stainless steel tank. Include a choice of Pulse Sweep Energy to increase the efficiency . The heated ultrasonic cleaning tank is heated using a high-efficiency heater with a Digital Temperature Controller which continuously displays bath temperature. Also a digital timer automatically stops the cleaning cycle when it completes.
Water rinsing is performed in the 2nd stage. Since only 1 rinse tank is included, this system is designed for lower-volume applications where detergent transfer from cleaning tank to the rinsing tank is minimal. Machines have inlet and outlet ball valves to fill and drain the liquid.
Also have a connection for compressed air to create bubbles in water for rinsing. This bubble removes the residue from the filters.
You can also use the compressed air for drying and removing residue from the filters.
